Teori App provides digital learning material, questions, explanations, progress views and practice tests for the licence class shown above. It is a study aid and is not the official theory examination.
Question sets, thresholds and recommendations are designed for practice. Official requirements, fees, eligibility and examination decisions are controlled by Statens vegvesen and may change. Users must check the authority's current information before booking or taking an exam.

MDataService does not guarantee that a user will pass an official theory examination. Practice scores and the recommended number of passed tests are learning indicators only and are not an official assessment.
Precio, pago y acceso
Modelo: Time-limited digital access stated at checkout. Acceso configurado: 90 días; debe coincidir con la compra.
The price, access period and included content are shown before purchase. Payment is handled by the named payment provider; MDataService must not store complete card details. Access is personal and account credentials may not be shared.
Derechos imperativos del consumidor
Mandatory rights under the Norwegian Digital Services Act and other consumer law are not restricted. If the service is defective or not supplied, the consumer may have rights to performance, correction, price reduction, termination or compensation under applicable law.
Desistimiento y reembolso
For a distance purchase, the consumer normally has a 14-day withdrawal period. Immediate delivery must be requested expressly. Any loss of the withdrawal right for digital content requires the separate acknowledgement and confirmation required by law; otherwise statutory rights remain. This clause does not remove remedies for a defective digital service.
Actualizaciones y disponibilidad
MDataService may correct questions, update content and add optional learning tools. Security and conformity updates may be necessary. Material changes will be explained as required by law; optional new tools remain the user's choice where technically possible.
Reclamaciones
Contact support first with the account email, purchase reference and a description of the problem. Consumers may also use applicable public complaint and dispute-resolution channels. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protection.
